They can advise you on lot placement, structural and design features, material selections and help you stick to a budget. They may even be able to recommend some quality lenders to make the process easier. While the other members of your team are experts in their respective subject matter, your builder is the glue that holds the whole process together.
Make sure to research your builder thoroughly before beginning your custom home building journey. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter how great the other members of your team are, if your builder can’t execute your home properly.
